Its back home to The Riverside for Park View on Saturday as they welcome last season's Landlords Sunderland West End to Chester-le-Street. Northern League Division 2 action with both teams in need of a win.

For the visitor's its to try and lift them out of the bottom three. They currently sit 20th in the table with one win, one draw and four defeats from their six games played giving them four points thus far early in the season.

They have scored six goals in those six games with six different scorers and have conceded thirteen. The latest three coming on Tuesday night when they went down to a 3 - 1 defeat at Alnwick Town.

West End will clearly be looking for a win to kick-start their season. For Park View its only their second home league game of the season. They won the previous one in front of over 150 fans, 6 - 2 against Grangetown Boys Club.

The home side will be looking to bounce back from their first competitive defeat of the season after they went down to a 1 - 0 defeat down at FC Hartlepool. They still sit third in the table but need a win to keep up their standing.

In midweek they were without their main strikers Nathan Conroy and Stephen Siyanbola as well as versatile defender Reyhan Grimaud. Early indications are that all three may be struggling to make the squad for Saturday's game.

Park View have responded by signing two more attacking options in midweek, Jacob Mallinson returns to The Club after a short period away and an unnamed at present striker. Both may well be involved in Saturday's match day squad.

Kick-Off at The Riverside for a top v bottom clash that both teams are desperate to win is at 15:00pm.
