WOMEN'S FIRST TEAM

Park View AFC Women represents the pinnacle of the female football pathway at Park View Academy of Sport. Competing in the North East Women’s Regional League, the team provides an elite platform for talented young players—predominantly aged 16–19—to experience senior women’s football in a highly competitive environment.

The squad is made up primarily of full-time students from the Academy’s Women’s Football Programme, many of whom are under 21. The team bridges the gap between youth and senior football, offering players the chance to develop physically, tactically and mentally against experienced opposition across the region.

Players benefit from access to UEFA A and B licensed coaching, tailored strength and conditioning, match analysis, and top-tier facilities, all designed to replicate a professional football environment. Park View AFC Women is committed to developing players with the potential to progress into the women’s football pyramid, scholarships abroad, or higher education opportunities.
